Natural wood and stone have been used selectively to balance out a palette of sleek materials like metal and glass and to imbue the overall design with a local character that is in dialogue with its surroundings. The main villa building is situated on the plot's highest point and is surrounded by generous gardens and mature trees. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are situated on the ground floor, together with the master bedroom. These are organized around the main courtyard, which also functions as an outdoor home cinema. There are two more bedrooms on the upper floor, and one bedroom on the lower floor together with a playroom and gym area.

The guest house is independent and has an open-plan layout with two double beds. A zig-zag path leads down to a wide pavilion with a lounge area, the statement double pool with a shallow mirror pond, a sculptural stone table, and a small cabane. From here, guests can simply descend directly to the shore, a very rare feature for Mykonian villas.
