One of the most beautiful houses of Mykonos, villa Efimia is located on the cliff of "Elia", boasting a panoramic view over the Aegean Sea.
Villa Efimia is only 10 km away from Mykonos Town ("Chora"), 3 km from the traditional village of Ano Mera and within a short distance from the nearby cosmopolitan beach.
Is characterized by the harmonious plasticity of its building blocks which are fully integrated into the rough Mykonian landscape, giving guests a sense of relaxation and comfort, while forming a space completely children friendly.

This compact villa consists of two bedrooms with en-suite bathroom each, a private pool and a small storage room, engine room and laundry.
One of the two bedrooms has a built-in double bed and bedside tables and several storage areas.
Both bedrooms are equipped to the last detail.
The ground floor has a large dining table for 6 people, a spacious, built-in seating area with armchairs and TV.
The kitchen is fully equipped with electrical devices SMEG and has also a separate round dining table for 4 people.
In front of the house there is a living and dining room for 8 people and the pool. In front of the pool, a garden with lawn and flowers completes an environment of relaxation and wellness, overlooking the sea and the beach of Elia.
